The staff running this activity were some of the most rude people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. We saw one dead alligator and one alive one in a half an hour. The boat driver was excellent but the rest of the staff let us down big time

Thanks to Bob - our driver we had a great time ??. We saw turtles, bids and few alligators and heard a bit Everglades. We can recommend this tour operator.

Captain Morgan did such a great job finding wildlife and explaining tings about each animal we saw. Love that we had such an up close experience with the alligator. Every question asked, was answered with great detail. It was totally worth the stop and we are very happy we choose this activity.

Fun! We did the 30 minutes private boat tour at 11 am. Unique experience. We saw turtles, one alligator and plenty of birds.
Tour guide (Jason) was good. Eager to share his knowledge about animals and the ecosystem in general.
We arrived about 40 minutes earlier and they were kind enough to get us going immediately.
After the tour we went to the exhibits. Most of them not attractive at all. But…they do take one baby alligator out of their cage and you can touch it and ask questions. Fun and informative.
One opportunity for improvement: the seats were totally wet. Drying them out would have taken just a minute, but it would have gone a long way towards customer satisfaction.
All in all: worthwhile experience.
