Amazing experience on a stunning day! Could see for miles, the views were incredible and our Pilot was knowledgeable and fun.

It was a spontaneous decision walking past the booking office ... pilot was called & we had a booking for 2 hours later. Unfortunately we did not manage to get the office ladies name - but she was an absolute gem. Not pushy or invasive but very informative to my partners million questions. Callum a polite young lad was more than we could ask for as a pilot & guide. Money cannot be put on the experience we had. Epic landing Callum - You rose to our wittyness & we are very thankful to you both. Hope to see you both in the coromandel at our restaurant one day x

We had the most fantastic seaplane flight with Volcanic air! Every aspect of our day was flawless. The pilot was excellent in making sure everyone enjoyed their time in a safe and fun manner. The views from the plane were like nothing else I had seen before and certainly made me look at Aotearoa New Zealand in a new way. He even went the extra mile carrying us to the beach so we didn’t have to get our socks and shoes wet or take them off to walk through water! Such an incredible way to appreciate New Zealand.

Such a treat to have had the opportunity to view our beautiful Rotorua & surrounds from above. Our pilot was fantastic and very knowledgeable. Besides the beautiful views and seeing all our amazing lakes, it was definitely a highlight & a laugh to watch our pilot carry two lady passengers from the float plane to the shore for their next adventure. Now that was service! Highly recommend Volcanic Air.
