Traveler Reviews

This company is super nice and accommodating! I originally scheduled the city tour of Guadalajara, but due to a lack of people on the group tour, they offered to switch me to the tour of Chapala and Ajijic. It was such an amazing day! Seeing Lake Chapala was absolutely breathtaking and I took some awesome pictures. Hector was my guide. He was so nice, friendly, and funny. Hector explained everything so well and answered all my questions. Just all around a great day. Highly recommend this tour/company!

This tour was a one stop shop for all of the historic places in the city of Guadalajara plus a casual look at Tlaquepaque. Our guide, Dante, was extremely knowledgeable about the history of Guadalajara. Very glad we took this tour!

Ripped off totally and completely. !! Be aware you cannot contact tour office prior to booking to ask if service dog allowed, food provided ,pickup locations etc. We booked for next day tour and found several problems that caused us to be unable to take tour. Our money was not refunded. The operator claimed it was within 24 hours of tour and they were permitted to keep the total cost of tour. I will take it up with my bank . I think you are best to avoid these folks

If only we could go back in time and avoided this Tour! We started the tour very well. We viewed very historical landmarks. Halfway during the tour, the Nightmare begins when the tour bus driver went MIA. Left us and the tour guide stranded at a sightseeing location in Guadalajara. We sat down for 25 minutes. Then we walked 3 very long scary blocks of Prostitution, just to try to meet the tour bus driver at a coinvent location. We ended up at busy unknown intersection where we had the Mexico Police to get involved to help us locate our tour bus driver as we had our personal belongings inside the bus. After 75 Terror minutes, the Tour Bus Driver shows up after he was pulled over by the Police Officials. We requested the Tour Agency to have us dropped off in return to our Hotel as we were not in Any Health Condition to continued the tour. We were Frighten, Tired, and Hungry! No apologies was given from Amigo Tours Guadalajara Agency after two calls of reported claims. Very unprofession

Excellent! A must, if you are visiting Guadalajara. Enough time to see the principal buildings and streets in Guadalajara and also, to walk, eat and shop at stores and galleries in beautiful Tlaquepaque.
