Traveler Reviews

This tour was great, started early to beat the crowds and ended at 3pm so that you had enough time to do other things. Leonardo was a great guide, he answered all our questions and had great knowledge about the area. Later we also got to learn about the different uses of Agave plant and I didn't know how useful it was before today. Will definitely recommend this tour!

Our guide Leonardo for Teotihuacan was excellent! He was knowledgeable, kind, and very friendly. He made visiting the pyramids of Teotihuacan an unforgettable experience- not only that, but our driver Joel did an amazing job navigating the city's traffic and making sure that the trip to and back from Teotihuacan was comfortable and safe. I could not recommend Joel y Leonardo more. They are great with covid guidelines & made sure the entire process was smooth & easy.

We were picked up early , which I felt was good as later part of day witnesses too much crowd. It was also less sunny in the morning. The guide was passionate and was knowledgable. He was genuinely emotional about the place and helped us know many things in short span of time. The lunch place was average, but tasting of tequila definitely needs a mention.

This tour is a quantity over quality operation. Our group had 52 people and 1 (very enthusiastic) guide. After the pyramids you are forced to listen to a tequila sales presentation then a 1 hour stop for lunch. Lunch is not included, and the food there was nothing special and expensive for what it was. Considering the number of great places to eat in Mexico City stopping there does no one any favors except the tour operator who I assume is compensated for delivering bus loads of customers.

This was a really excellent tour, great exposure to Mexican history and culture. Our tour guide (Kevin) was very knowledgable and explained the history of the pyramids in excellent detail. He dispelled rumours, told jokes, and clearly knew his stuff. There was also an introduction to tequila and obsidian after the pyramids. I’d recommend to anyone.
