Traveler Reviews

Lauren's food tour of Chinatown's was fantastic! She knows a ton about the area's history and, even though I'm from here and have spent a bunch of time in Chinatown, I learns a lot. The food was delicious and I was stuffed by the time we had finished. I highly recommend this experience!

I would highly recommend this tour. Not only was it delicious, but Laren made it very fun and informative. She was very upbeat and patient. The food was excellent and Chinatown is just an interesting place to be. I would do it again

My siblings and I took our mom to San Francisco for a birthday celebration. I booked this tour based on a recommendation from friends who had recently went and it did not disappoint. Our tour guide, Lauren, was amazing and made the whole experience memorable. The tour was full of delicious food (no one went hungry!!) and 4-6 separate dining locations, plus a handful of historical/educational locations. It was a really cool way to learn about the history of and and current day Chinatown. The walk wasn't too bad considering the hills SF is known for...our whole group managed just fine and Lauren was great about speed and breaks. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We took the Chinatown Food Tour as a team event for work. Even though we all work in an office building just 15 minutes walk from Chinatown, we had never experienced all the different food options available in just a few square blocks. Our guide Lauren shared some of the history of Chinatown and introduced us to several excellent dishes. It was the perfect way to spend an afternoon with co-workers and enjoy trying some new cuisine.

Our guide Lauren was just AWESOME! She was knowledgeable, entertaining and a joy to be with. We had a private tour of Chinatown and North Beach. Food was amazing and we learned new things about the area, history and culture of the communities. Thanks Lauren! We hope to see you again on our next adventure.
