We had a blast kayaking. We even spotted a couple alligators along the way. I would definitely do this again. My only comment is that it was a hot day with no water available. It would have been nice to have a cooler full of cold water even if we had to pay extra for it.

We pretty much had a blast. Our trip was a little different from the usual. It was five of us guys messing around. Our tour guide had to have a lot of patience to deal with us and he did. We saw all the things. Alligators, different birds etc. We got a history lesson and learned so much BUT also had time to mess around. We had our own kayaks and spent hours laughing in the swamp. Here’s where it gets different. Because we did so much messing around we were out there till 9pm….in the pitch black trying to get back. Our tour guide got us through it. We were very very tired, the bugs were coming out the later it got. Beyond that this is an awesome experience for friends to jus have fun and do something different.

In New Orleans to visit a friend, and decided to spend a little time outside the city. I'm glad we got the chance with this particular company. (What more can you ask for than safely being up close and personal with gators in their natural habitat?) Our guide Evan is also an excellent host--knowledgeable about the wildlife and very friendly. I highly recommend this tour.
