Great location and easy dive from the shore, nice shaded area with drinks and snacks between the two dives. Octopus, eel, turtles and all cool kinds of fish with a great dive instructor 10/10

I got Scuba Certified so that my girlfriend and I could dive when we moved to Costa Rica in early June. I signed up for a two day course with KDU. My girlfriend also got her refresher course through KDU and they were able to accommodate her refresher on the same day as me. I called the office over a dozen times, changing my appointment, scheduling for my girlfriend (who can’t see very well), asking questions, etc etc. Kevin answered the phone multiple times and was extremely helpful. During my instruction, Jared was my instructor and he was incredible. All of my anxieties about the water melted away after the first few hours. I even beat him when we raced to set up our kits. He was funny, knowledgeable, and above all safe. I would recommend Jared and KDU again and again. I even dove with jared once more after my course because of how much I enjoyed it.

Instructor Dominic was outstanding (5 stars for sure)...really calm, and effective in both instructing and dealing with some difficult situations. Kevin was outstanding in helping us deal with our rental car cancellation. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the office could have been much better about communicating things like the plan for lunch, and moving to dive sites other than the advertised Sheraton (especially for people not driving themselves).
