Francoise was so knowledgeable and entertaining. She really knew the city like the back of her hand. The food was excellent, too. Highly recommend this tour.

A little bit late to review but better late than never. My wife and I took this historical food tour of Quebec City in February 2020, and we are really glad we did. We were the only people on the tour so received the full attention of our host. I left the tour having learned so much more about the history of Quebec City, something I very much appreciated. We visited five establishments that took in appetizers, main courses ... note the plural! ... and dessert. All the courses were really very good. This is a great experience but certainly not like sitting down to eat a meal. Definitely recommended though.

Our favourite of the 5 courses was the mixed meat selection served with a Montreal white wine, L'Orpaillilleur. We bought 2 bottles to take home. Denis was an excellent guide and we discovered so much that we had missed on a previous short trip to Quebec. September 2020 was an excellent time to walk around Quebec.
