Traveler Reviews

Our guide ‘Guy’ was a superb font of local knowledge and took his time to make sure we got everything possible from the trip, with the cycling speed very comfortable to our abilities.

We had a wonderful private city bike tour with Cyclo Services. We were travelling with another family with children ages 7-10. The guides were very informative about Quebec and Canada’s history, they set a great pace for all ages to enjoy and experience this beautiful city. I highly recommend this as an alternative to exploring Quebec City.

Great bike tour for families! We had 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 9 to 12). The terrain was easy to ride (no hills) and the pace is relaxed and casual. You see a lot of the city and learn about it’s rich history and culture. Tour guides provided a tremendous mix of social, architectural and cultural information about Quebec and Canada. Le Grand Marché de Québec makes for a fitting and cool place to stop for lunch,

The route was perfect for our family (3 kids between ages of 9 and 15). Not too difficult and great views. Guy was a friendly and knowledgeable guide - the time flew by! We would not have experienced the lower part of the old city and some of the outlying area if not for this tour. It was well worth it. The bikes worked well. We got lucky with the weather too!

Seeing Quebec by bike was one of the best things I did! My guide, Guy, was informative and shared history with pictures and relevance. He was fun, interesting, and accommodated the bike ride's pace to my needs. It was gorgeous to see the fall colors by bike, alongside the St. Charles and St Lawrence River. My friend wanted to join me but her bike skills were too limited. Guy and his colleagues tried idea after idea to try to have her be able to ride. I was so impressed with their kindness, caring, and determination. The tour itself is excellent. Fascinating facts about the current landscape and what had occurred on these sites. I would do it again!
