I guess it depends on what you want out of a trip. We specifically picked the 1/2 day trip to be back earlier because we have a 6 year old. The information on the tickets also specifically says that if you are not on the beach for your specific arrival time you’ll be left. Needless to say we went back three times to pick up late people, and ended up leaving an hour late. The boat also was significantly overcrowded and definitely not appropriate for Covid protocols!!
Boat ride going was nice, but once we got there the extreme smell of sulfur at the mud baths was overwhelming!
We then swam/snorkel in a cove area but the visibility for the snorkeling was terrible.
On the boat ride back, the group that was late decided they were going to turn the boat into a dance club, with very loud music from the crew DJ and very inappropriate dancing right in front of my kids, which was extremely awkward! Beautiful tour! The boat ride there and back was so much fun, the waterfall was beautiful, the mud bath was amazing, and the best part was the snorkeling along the reef!
Nelson was our rep from Nexus at the Royalton hotel and he set us up on this tour as well as a Segway tour, and both were absolutely beautiful tours. Look for Nelson! He’ll set you up with the perfect tours for your trip!

Fantastic Day, the time flys by. We enjoyed all sorts of the tour: boat cruise, mud bath , waterfall, snorkeling and the boat party after!
