Ajay was a great tour guide. He was very knowledgeable about he Banff area. He was very helpful by giving suggestions on where to eat/ activities to do. He’s very friendly and made the car ride entertaining and fun. The experience itself was also very Covid friendly. The car was spacious, cleans and was equipped with hand sanitizer and water. I would highly recommend the private sightseeing tour for new tourists that want to see Banff. We saw many attractions (2-jack lake, lake minnewaka, sulphur mountain, Banff falls, and lake Louise) all in one day. We definitely wouldn’t have been able to visit all of the places on our own and Ajay made sure we had enough time at each (we didn’t feel rushed at all). Lastly the convenience of being picked up and dropped off anywhere in Calgary was very helpful. We visited during the winter time (so beautiful and not a lot of crowds) and want to come back in the summertime. When we do come back, we will definitely ask Abest Travels to show us around a

We (a family with teenager) had three days private tour booked with Aljay and Jeff. Their service is excellent, considerate and very customised/personal for your own request. They are truly local and know everything about Banff, Jesper National park and the icefield parkway. Given the pandemic rules, we were initially not very sure if we can come to Canada when we booked tour. Aljay has reassured us with great flexibility and cancellation terms.
