Traveler Reviews

This was 1 of 3 tours we booked in Huatulco and make sure you are able to have your booking agent contact BEFORE you get to MX. We were supposed to be contacted via email 24 hours in advance. This did not happen. Further, the 4 phone numbers provided with eticket did not work either. We waited 45 minutes outside and they never showed up. Called American AIrlines Vacations and supposedly they contacted AA instead of us to find out where to pick us up (why?!?!?). With this communication I would not recommend Amigo Tours.

Highlight was the mangrove boat ride, was beautiful, lots of birds from a birders point of view was great. Knowledgeable boatman. The park area walking tour pleasant. Snack and drink break was welcome, would have been nice if water or refreshments offered at beginning of tour. Turtle Centre Informative and a nice break out of the sun. Would have been nice to stop in Manzute on the way through, looked like a great village to explore and had a beach as well. The stop to Zipolete brief as it should be, some laughs. Our dinner at Puerto Angel was a great wind up to the day, great food, relaxing restaurant over the harbour. Note if you get car sick, bring your graval as it is a very winding trip.

We went on the eco tour to the Crocodiles and the turtle tour. The mangroves were fascinating,David spoke well, and was very funny. We seen a lot of crocodiles and other wildlife. The turtles were very interesting as well.
