Our resort booked us through xp travel and we spent a theraputic day on La Meta with Edgar sharing knoeledge of the 7 bays and the history of Hualtuco.The pods of dolphins were countless, Manta ray leaping from the water everywhere. The occassional humpback breeched the surface and various sea turtles were floating on the surface every 50 to 100 yards.Tthe snorkling in San Agustin Bay was awesome, Living coral, eel, endless fish in a relatively sheltered area making the swimming easier for the pacific.The fishig wasn't great, but we really didn"t try, however a 6' -8' sword fish lept out of the water 20' off our starboard just after we reeled in. .Lunch at the restaurant was a little pricey but delicious. As it is a private tour, we chose to spend the remainder of time cruising the open water searching for the next photo op. The water was calm, the sky was cloudless, the crew was flawless and the Corona was always cold, Gracias Amigos
