Even though we managed to have a good time kayaking and snorkeling with the two young guides…..there was a total communication breakdown before the event and during the check in. First, I had to call because our Viator ticket did not have a time on it. No one answered the phone or replied to calls or emails for weeks. We even went by the day before and informed them that we were driving on our own from our Airbnb. The morning of, the owner called in a panic because we weren’t there at the cruise ship and that we had to be at the office for 8:45. (We were told 9:30 when we finally got someone) we rushed there and then waited over an hour for another couple to join us. It was very frustrating to deal with the owner, but the guides were great. If you are on a cruise ship, it is probably fine. If you aren’t , good luck!
Of course the snorkeling. All the colorful fish were amazing and the sunken tugboat was an incredible thing to see.
We paid extra to get a lift from our cruise ship to their venue. Our ticket said 9 am. We got out there at 8:40 and waited 30 minutes. Another tour operator called for us and they said we were supposed to be out at 8:30. They said we could grab a taxi and hurry to catch up. We said we quit.
Nos divertimos bastante. El tugboat era re lindo con varios pescados. El kayaking fue como un aventura. El tour guide Camilo (de Colombia) es muy agradable y gracioso. Mi hermana le gusta mucho también.
We booked excursions for our cruise literally days before our arrival. I had been googling best excursions and by far this was worth it. I'll start from the beginning. We did not book this tour through the cruise ship, we booked this on our own. We were sent by taxi to Adrenaline's "headquarters" on the bay. The taxi ride was a little "sketchy" - in that we had to tell the taxi driver where to take us when we thought he knew where he was taking us. Once we arrived it was my husband, myself, the tour guide and another man. It was literally a private tour. The kayaking was across the bay into the wind - it was a little tough, but being in a double kayak helped. We went to an old fort and walked around that and took some pictures from the top. We then kayaked to the beach where the tugboat was located. I was incredibly surprised by the amount of fish that were around the tugboat. I was not anticipating what a wonderful experience it was going to be. Truly incredible. I appreciate everyone
