Traveler Reviews

Had a private sunset tour, and enjoyed the time with Carl. Was flexible on subjects to photograph, and I learned a few things.

This is an amazing tour company. We took 2 tours, the phone tour our first day and the sunset tour our last day. I highly recommend both. I am so glad I choose this for our first tour because we learned so many great tips about taking pictures on the phone. We also learned a lot of about the area. He took us to so many great spots and knew where to go for the best shots. I also liked that the itinerary was flexible. He knew just where to go for the sunset and even found moose for us. When I return to Anchorage (which I will this winter) I will most definitely be doing their Aurora tour.

We had such an excellent time. The tour operator was a wealth of knowledge and truly taught us a lot about getting the best photos, whether it was with a phone or with an actual camera. I would do this again or another typer of photography tour any day. We can't wait to come back to Alaska for another session.

Not only did we get some good photo tips, but we were shown some great photography locations. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable of photography and Anchorage and freely shared both. GREAT experience!

Great teaching about use of light and shadow. Definitely worth the time but take bug spray along. Different light at beginning and end of tour made a lot of excellent learning opportunities
