Traveler Reviews

What a treat this was. Me and my wife went for a quick weekend trip to Athens, our first visit to the city and this was certainly a real highlight of the trip. Fantastic food, informative engagement, and a real pleasure throughout. It was such a wonderful time that we would probably do it all over again next time we visit Athens. And real thanks to Rachel and Maik who were incredibly knowledgeable and great guides. Don't miss out on this if you are in Athens!

Delicious and knowledgeable tour! Michael was a great guide and we really enjoyed learning about Greek food culture and history! We also took our 9 month old son and it was very enjoyable for him too!

Rachel is a fantastic guide, and her energy is contagious everywhere you go. She is knowledgeable about the foods you eat and is super sweet. She has excellent vibes and conversation. I highly recommend it. You will learn some great local spots that are not touristy.

Despite the rain, we had a great time experiencing all different types of food around Athens. From olives and oils to spices and dessert, you get a full range of everything! The guides are friendly and knowledgeable and go out of their way to accommodate all diets and educate you on the day to day of the restaurants and markets.

Mike was a fabulous guide. So good to have such a knowledgeable local guide. If you get a chance to book this tour you will not be disappointed. Be ready for lots of wonderful food and wealth of information.
