ItineraryAfter a short introduction, we will start from the Oeiras Harbour on flatwater which is perfect for beginners and continue on the sea. Stand Up Paddling is easy and a lot of fun! You will love to discover Lisbon coast and its sea fortresses and take some break diving into the sea. It´s also a great activity to share and enjoy with family and friends.You will learn Stand Up Paddle strokes and Technics with one of our certified guide. You will have a full-body workout and be surprise how much you can learn in a single lesson!Our guides are the best trained professionals, are certified by the Portuguese Surfing federation and will look forward guest safety and enjoyment. Vanochtend voor het eerst wezen suppen en hebben dankzij dit een geweldige ervaring ermee gehad.
Door de duidelijke instructies, die we gewoon in het Nederlands kregen, konden we goed de basics onder de knie krijgen en is dus ook echt een aanrader voor mensen die het nog nooit gedaan hebben!
Ook zijn er tijdens de activiteit foto's gemaakt zodat we op deze ervaring altijd terug kunnen kijken.
Al met al een hele leuke ochtend beleefd!

I booked the SUP class for myself and my boyfriend. Havent done it before on a lake little I thought the sea SUP would be the same, how little did I know! Thanks to Raquel we managed to learn a few tricks and we even ventured out into the sea (well it is still Tagus river in Oeiras, which we found out from Raquel). She is a very passionate about what she does and makes the experience very comforting and secure. We had a good laugh falling off our boards a few times, but with Raquels's support we really had a good time. 5* to Raquel, she is truly passionate about what she does.
