My family and I had an amazing experience on this private tour. Yojhan was an incredibly knowledgeable guide and kept the entire family engaged, even making it a wonderful experience for my 6 year-old.

I booked the 'Full-Day Hanging Bridge Hike and Forest Tour From Guanacaste' through Viator and I was not pleased with my overall experience. At first, the booking process was easy and successful. I booked this trip because I was staying at Dreams Las Mareas Resort and the commute was not bad from the resort to Monteverde (the Viator representative assured me of that). The night before we were scheduled to go on the excursion, around 8PM, I received an email confirming the trip's cancellation for the following day, in addition to a refund of my money. I was upset and attempted to communicate with them and all they told me that the tour guide cancelled the trip. They also told me that they were going to get back to me to tell me why they cancelled the trip on such short notice and I never received an email giving me any reason for the cancellation.
Overall, this is very unprofessional of the company and if the tour guide was not able to conduct the excursion, at least have a back up pl
