Overview
Our Rock the Wok team will meet you at Siam Dreams Restaurant in Chaweng at 12pm and offer you a refreshing Thai-style herbal welcome drink after arrival. We will have an intensive Thai herb & spice lecture and will teach you how vegetables are grown and how to use them. Afterwards you will try exotic fruits & popular Thai sweets. We will teach you how to make coconut milk the traditional way and how to make curry paste from scratch. To decorate your plates we going to make roses from pandan leaves. Learn how to make 4 of your favorite Thai dishes with our Thai chef. Before enjoying your self-cooked dishes we will make an offering to the Phra Pum, the spirits of the earth and you will get to know more about Thai culture & beliefs.

Spent the day with Sandra shopping, prepping, cooking & best of all....eating!! ???? Sandra was great to work with, easy-going and very professional. We had a lot of fun and learned more about Thai food. Highly recommend this opportunity to cook with Sandra! Made massaman curry, pomelo salad, shrimp w tamarind sauce & fried basil leaves. Wirklich außergewöhnlich gut, ein absolutes Highlight. Ein mit viel Liebe gemachter Kochkurs viele Informationen rund um die thailändische Küche inclusive der Probe vieler Früchte und Spezialitäten die wir sonst nie versucht hätten. Danke Sandra das war ein sehr schöner Tag.
