We took the Adventureland East tour and were not disappointed. Our driver and guide Edi was excellent - his English and knowledge was first class and he briefed us clearly with a map at the start of day exactly where we would go. Lunch in Santana was very reasonably priced (we had the local scabbard fish) and overall it was an excellent day out.

we booked this tour with Pedro in the office in Funchal, he was friendly and patient answering all our questions. The jeep arrived early with another man called Pedro who was delightful. on the day we went there were just the four of us travelling. Pedro is very passionate about the island of Madeira and rightly so. he enjoyed pointing out various plants and flowers, never rushed us and also pointed out dangers to us. the views on this excursion are quite breathtaking. hanging out the back of the jeep was great fun and Pedro was a very considerate driver warning us when to duck and hang on. we took our own sandwiches but you can pay extra for lunch. the levada walk of approx 45 mins is flat and easy with incredible views.Pedro took some photos on his own phone which he kindly emailed back to us for our return to the UK. Most definitely the highlight of our holiday, well worth the money, great experience and I would one hundred percent use this company for further tours when next in Mad

On a recent trip to Madeira we booked an Adventureland jeep tour. Pedro was our guide and was amazing, his knowledge of the island and humour made for a really fun day. A good mix of places to visit and the pace was good. We paid extra for the lunch which was incredible value and in the most amazing spot. Pedro asked rather casually if we would like to see the view before lunch and it took our breath away. We were lucky that it was sugarcane harvest time when we visited the rum factory so we saw it all 'happening'. Would highly recommend this tour.
