Worst customer service in the island. I would advice to try going anywhere else other than here. It’s rather unfortunate when they are rude to customers and take advantage of them.

Very good local guide. Very organized and safety conscious. Terrific event!! The sunrise was amazing and the bike ride was a hoot.

Great experience! Our tour guide Eddie Buddy made the day great with his knowledge of the islands history and stories he shared along the trip. He went out of his way to get great pictures of us. The view was amazing but it’s FREEZING! Bring lots of warm clothes. The bike ride was a once in a lifetime experience. The town at the bottom was so cute with great shops and food. Do this tour if you come to Maui!

Great Experience!! Cory, our guide was very engaging and passionate about the whole tour. (Cory, The Bus Guy// Larry, The Cable Guy, separated at birth?) He gave us a lot of humorous quips and very educating information about the geology of the volcano and the surrounding area. Now to the Best Part! The exhilarating 23 mile bike ride down the Mountain. Good Quality Bikes, Trilling but easy ride at your own pace. Not much pedaling just ride your brakes. My wife and I will do it again. I wanted a ride back up the Mountain and do the bike ride again!!

The trip was well organized. The staff was super friendly. They provided windbreaker and backpacks for the trip, which was very helpful. We did the self guided tour, which was sufficient (and better in my opinion since you can go on your own pace).
