Traveler Reviews

The tour was very well-organized. Everything was perfect! The tour guide was very friendly. I definitely recommend it!

The beauty of Balos and Gramvousa were amazing! The tour was well run and on time. It was nice to be on a larger boat with food available.

good experience, the guide was nice and funny. wish we could have more time in the places, but thats just the ferry timetable Id say. pick up time was ok and return was the same.

Pointless tour. Essentially just paying for a bus ride to the ferry terminal of Kissamos. You still have to pay your ferry ticket but what they don't tell you until after you book is that you have to pay through them, at their inflated price. The tour leaves opposite the bus terminal. You are better off taking the public coach from Chania to Kissamos for 6 euro and paying 18 euro for the ferry instead of these higher priced for the same service.

Things that went well: - The bus departed and returned on time Things that didn't go well: - The guide gave us the tickets in a restaurant. Imagine 50 people crowding around one person. That also caused an unnecessary delayed. - when I bought the tour it said "33 people maximum". In reality it was a full bus (around 50 people) and then a massive ferry with 1000 people on board - it was impossible to find the guide amongst 1000 people and she didn't give us her phone number The ferry refused to rent umbrellas so we were forced to rent one for 20€ (!) in Balos. The ferry also is full of single use plastic (straws, cutlery etc. Saw it fly off and land in the sea more than once which was really upsetting.
