Went to Miami to celebrate my bday. Booked this boat ride a couple months in advance. The night before the boat ride, at 11pm, they texted me to change the time from 1:30pm to 3pm. Showed up to the destination and saw no one. Gave them a call and was told the boat was having issues so my boat ride was cancelled. No one called me to tell me this. They allowed us to show up without even telling us. Our uber ride to and from there was $50 one way. So there was money down the drain. The man I was speaking with was so unprofessional and was cursing over the phone. We were refunded and upon asking for confirmation of the refund, he sent it to me in Spanish. I don't speak Spanish so he got irritated with me that I wanted a confirmation that I could actually read. Just an absolute bad experience overall. Look elsewhere. Spend the extra money if need be. Save yourself the aggravation and time. NEVER AGAIN!

My wife and I had a wonderful time on a private tour option to see the celebrity mansions and enjoy the inner waterway near Miami. It was a very pleasant way to spend an afternoon and we would definitely recommend this tour.

George and Ernesto were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. We were running late due to traffic and they were very understanding. Upon stepping on the boat, we felt like royalty. We are so grateful we chose the right boat tour. I can not rave enough about our experience.
