1. To start with they said they would arrive between 8:10 and 8:25. They arrived at 8:45. 2. When we booked we were told we could pay with credit card. When the driver picked us up he said cash only (which we did not have - had to stop at an ATM). 3. We were told we could book our boat tour add-on later. When we arrived at the Falls we were told the boat tours were closed for the season. 4. Were in a van with 15 people for hours. No Covid-19 screening was done - although we all wore masks. 5. The driver was friendly and quite knowledgeable. 6. The winery tour and tasting was cancelled, we were told due to Covid-19. Surely there were other wineries we could have gone to. Instead we were taken to shop at Niagara On The Lake - a tourist town. In conclusion: Niagara Falls are awesome but I would not take this tour company again.

I did a last minute booking to go for the Niagara Falls on my last trip to Toronto in Sept 2019. And it was a fast, easy and user-friendly process to book online with Kings. They also arranged to fetch me from my Airbnb to their bus located at their office which is a great service to add. And I appreciate the driver who gave me an advice to try the boat tour instead. It was an amazing experience and I love it so much. No regrets. I enjoyed sitting in the bus too. It was big, classy, unique kind of black stylish sleek bus, spacious and comfortable.

The tour itself is good, exactly as described. However, customer service is terrible. I booked this online, and selected a hotel from their website drop down list. Turns out I should have booked the Mississauga tour, as the hotel was on the border. They didn’t tell me that at time of booking. They picked me up, drove for 2.5 hours to their office round all the other hotels. Then shouted at me in front of all the other customers that I’d booked the wrong tour, and demanded the extra $40 before they’d take me any further. Appalling attitude and ruined my day completely. Find someone else.

I'll try to be brief even though I have a lot to say: 1. Estimated pick-up time was supposed to be around 8:15. The driver arrived 1h later. I had to call twice to King Tours to check if they were picking me up. Not a courtesy call or text that they were delayed. 2. Since I assume tour was delayed, everything that came next was in a rush. 15 pointless minutes on a souvenirship and driver pushing with the car horn. 3. ONLY Fifteen minutes in the Falls. Thank god it was winter and I had space to take pics. 4. No time at all to walk around the small by the Niagara Falls. 5. I purchased the lunch at the Fallsview restaurant and definitely not worth it since food was not good plus it squeeze our time even more. 6. We went to Niagara-at-the-lake town and again no time and driver pushing with the car horn 7. We went to an ice wine taste and again no time and driver pushing with the car horn. You will be better off renting a car and driving directly. Do NOT waste your money on this tour

Luxurious ride, informative commentary courtesy of the tour guide, ample time to explore and topped by some wonderful wine tasting, King Tours is definitely one of my favourite tour companies!
