We took this tour a few days ago and while we enjoyed the day, there were some concerns. Booking the tour was easy. They picked us up at the hotel in a beautiful luxury SUV and brought us downtown to meet the bus. Pick up was at 7:40am but the bus didn't leave until 9:30am. It would have been better to just have everyone meet at 8am at the office and to leave at 8:30am to allow for more time on the trip. This was 2 hours wasted. The bus driver was friendly but you couldn't understand what he was saying due to a muffled microphone. The top window on the bus was taped up with blue tape to cover the cracks. This was brought up during a stop and then the driver climbed up on the bus and took most of it off. Not sure how this impacted safety. The tour promoted having wifi on the bus but that was not available. The first stop was a maple tasting which was fun. Had lots of time to look around and to shop. Then it was off to see Niagara Falls. There was a 2 hour stop here which gave a quick ov

What a fabulous day I had with Kevin and Roy facilitating the whole trip smoothly and professionally. I was picked up from a residential address and did not have to worry about getting around as I was driven in a VIP car, and I truly felt like it. Niagara Falls, Niagara on the Lake and wine tasting (Pillitteri has the best ice wine I've ever tasted). All in all, a very positive experience and one of a lifetime. Thank you.

In this tour you are basically only paying for transportation. The driver/guide barely spoke during the trip and his accent was so thick we couldn't understand what he was saying most of the time. Also he constantly hit the brakes while driving for no reason which made the commute very uncomfortable due to motion sickness.

Me pareció una excelente opción para lo que yo buscaba, me recogieron en mi hotel a tiempo y me llevaron al centro donde salía el tour hacía las cataratas del Niagara, nos hicieron una pequeña parada en una cata de vinos y nos dieron 3 horas libres para conocer por nuestra cuenta las cataras (tiempo suficiente para conocer, tomar fotos e inclusive cruzar la frontera, aunque no recomiendo cruzar la frontera, pues la mejor vista de las cataratas esta en Canadá), muchas gracias.
