We did the waterfalls and the horseback riding your they were both great. I enjoyed a nice lunch after climbing the waterfalls and diving. I truly appreciate the care and concern shown by our driver and asst guiding us thru the tours making sure we were safe and ok. I would recommend this transportation company to everyone the prompt service, the excellent communication before they even picked us up, and the continuous communication. The customer service was definitely exceptional and VIP caliber. Every employee was so kind and considerate. I will only use DSSR when I visit Dominican Republic again. Im fact I referred them to some guests at my resort. Nothing but outstanding service. They make you feel like family while visiting. I was very pleased. Thanks for making my experience so pleasant.

Jennifer & Rosario know how to run a tour business! From picking us up at the airport, to the unlimited beers/juices to the wifi throughout our trips, to the waterfalls and paradise island, we couldn't have been happier. They were recommended to us by a friend and they really do make you feel like a VIP during your stay. We felt like an old friend was showing us their favorite places and their flexibility was truly unmatched. We could decide what to do and where to go day by day and they had no fees for changing our mind when the weather wasn't conducive to our plans for the day. When we return to Puerto Plata we will absolutely be using DSRR and will recommend to all of our friends and family! Thank you all!

I took my wife and four kids on this excursion. The hike up to the top was a fairly easy incline but the trip down the river and falls was a lot of fun. For those of us that wanted to jump from the falls, we could, while others could take stairs down safely. Exceptcust Tours took care of us and they were very polite and helpful. After booking we got instructions on how to find them outside the cruise port. They even recovered a camera that I lost in one of the falls! I would use them again.

We were disappointed when we met the shuttle bus to the falls to learn that due to drought we could only do the 12 instead of 27 waterfalls. However the experience was great and the service from the guides was fantastic. Highly recommend this tour and the company

Jennifer and her company are amazing ! We definitely will use her again and I feel like we have a friend in the DR. I am so thrilled we used a tour company not related to Carnival Cruise. We had our own van - drinks - lunch, treated like family. The waterfalls were awesome - the kids loved it also!!!
