My husband I had an absolutely perfect afternoon learning how to make home made tortelloni and taglialle pasta. Maria's home was warm and inviting and we felt as if we were family as soon as we entered her home. Maria was patient and encouraging as we make the pasta step by step. Our reward for our enjoyable but challenging work was enjoying scrumptious meal, delicious wine and interesting conversation with our hostess and fellow guests from London. This experience was intimate, warm, rewarding and delicious. We will cherish this memory forever. Grazie!

We absolutely loved our time with Grazia. She is a great teacher who clearly loves sharing her craft! We felt so welcomed and at home that we didn’t feel like strangers at all. She is kind, patient, and has a great sense of humor! The meal we prepared with Grazia was the best we had in all of Italy (seriously!) and the dessert she served was out of this world. We couldn’t stop thinking about the pasta and bolognese sauce, so we made our own batch just days after returning home to Maryland. Bologna is a special city, and if you visit, you must make time to cook with Grazia! Gracie mille Grazia!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE IN BOLOGNA: the host is charming and speaks perfect English. We learned a lot of useful tips on how to make really good pasta. The sauces were excellent and we also got appetizers wine, dessert and coffee. Truly recommended to everyone that wants to have a fun experience as first time pasta maker or wants to improve his/her skills. Fully approved by an Italian!

We had such a great time learning about Bolognese style cooking and how to make our own pasta. We will continue making pasta using Grazias’ instructions and tips.

The cooking and pasta making lesson with Grazia was amazing. She was so kind and taught us so much not only about making pasta, but her area of Bologna. The food was incredible. Some of the best we’ve ever had. The was the highlight of our trip so far!
