Pedro was amazing. If you are in Maui wanting to learn to surf MWR is a great place to go. 5 stars 10 if I could rate that high.

This was a great experience overall and it was so fun watching our daughter catch her first waves. The staff was great and able to adapt the experience to each group.

Amazing experience for our 4 families with 9 riders. We had 6 youngsters 9, 9, 9, 9, 7 & 7 do semi-private lesson with Starr and Josh and 3 older teenagers do a group with Pedro. Instruction was awesome easy to follow and once they got out to the surge, they kept the safe in a busy area, and made sure they all got up and rode multiple waves. On-site photographer was awesome and made us a great deal on professional pics of each and every kid. Will definitely use this school again in the future. The surf area was busy at first, but another school left 1/2 way through and the bottom was soft and sandy in LaHaina versus rocky near Kaanapali hotels.

The knowledge and focused physical attention to detail in the learning to surf was excellent. The hands on assistance from the instructor really helped in getting up on the Board.

We took our three Grandsons here ages 12 and the twins are 10 - the place is great very friendly and helpful. The instructor had patience with the boys and they all stood up on the boards. Would definitely recommend this place
