Even though it is near the end of the season here in late March, Amy & Mario had us on whales almost immediately. Because it’s a small group, and smaller boat it’s very laid back and both knew their stuff. Excellent whale watch for the money.

I was extremely excited for this vacation, first time to Maui. I booked this whale Watching adventure for my friend and I, for the great experience to see whales. Our adventure time was 7am (be there 20 min early). While we left on time there was traffic on the way to Lahaina plus we had to find parking (which they did not give any directions on where to park). So we got to the check-in shack exactly at 7am. Walk up to the check- in person and he stated " oh you're late, sorry we have nothing available right now, call Toni, on the brochure and she can see if there anything available. So I called three time, plus my friend call three time and left a message. Finally, Toni called us back and proceeded to tell me, that there was nothing that they could do and they had no openings for the rest of our vacation. I asked Toni for a refund and the response I got was " it was your fault, you were late, but I could purchase more tickets at the kids price." Really! Not helpful at all...Maybe put

Amazing whale watch. Crew was Amy and Heather on our first whale watch of the season on Sunday. Great whale watching and as always the information shared was outstanding. I love going out with this group. The boats are fast and stable.

We set off in a small dinghy, early in the morning, on very calm waters. We went with Ultimate Whale Watching because of their small boats and small groups. This turned out to be a good choice. Jeremiah was a genuinely welcoming captain with an easy-going nature. He brought us straight to the action and in no time at all, we were watching a mother, a calf and a male escort. We stayed put and the male escort actually came right to us and under the boat! . Amazing! Rhianna, our guide, provided a knowledgeable talk about humpbacks. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Nick & Rachel help make this whale watching experience. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and funny. We a lot of whales. This is a small boat max 18 people. Low crowd size and amazing views. Thanks to Nick and Rachel for a great adventure.
