Pasamos un día genial con Ricardo y su mujer. Ellos eran muy simpáticos. Llevaron a su perrita y fuimos al senderismo en tren. Ellos estaban bien informados y cocinaron un almuerzo muy rico. Fue un paseo relajante que nos gustó mucho. // We had a great day with Ricardo and his wife. They brought their dog and we took the train to the starting point of the hike. They were so knowledgeable and made a really lovely lunch. It was a relaxing hike and we really enjoyed it.

The hike was way better than expected! We had no idea how beautiful the landscape around Porto is. Ricardo is a real local who knows the area very well and showed as a wonderful hiking route with a lovely homemade picnic in the middle of the walk. We would recommend the trip for sure, it’s truely worth it !!!

I really enjoyed the hike a lot. It was a good lenght and it was really nice to be in nature and enjoying the scenery. It was all very beautiful. The picnic was nice as well. And I loved to see the goats. The guide was enthousiastic as well.

We had a fantastic trip with Ricardo, his dog and the additional tag along dogs who meet them every day at the station which made my partners day! The scenery was ever-changing and very beautiful, assisted by the sunny warm weather. The hike itself was good for a social hiker, nothing overly challenging and Ricardo made sure that we set our own pace. The picnic was excellent with a range of produce and wine. Ricardo himself is very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable and his English is perfect. The cold beer in the train station at the end was a welcome ending to our hike. Would recommend to anyone.

To start with, Ricardo is lovely company to hike with. Next to that, he brought his cute dog, who enjoyed the hike as well. As I love exploring nature while doing a citytrip, this trip was really fulfilling. Beautiful nature, nice stories about Porto, a good lunch, some history and at the end, we had a rest by the water, which was a perfect end to a great trip, I really enjoyed it!
