We decided to visit this turkish spa due to the price it was being offered as compared to at the hotel we’re staying at. We were due to be picked up at 1000 from our hotel (which is further out than most other companies are willing to pick up from), our transfer didn’t arrive until 1045 and that was after my partner messaged the company to remind them of us. This was frustrating but luckily didn’t impede on the experience and treatments we received when there.. You arrive and you sit in the lobby whilst they sort out your booking. Before I went, I’d already decided that I would upgrade if possible to a longer massage so for me, the trying to Upsell as not an issue, however to others it may be frustrating. We were offered the upgrade of an hour long massage, as opposed to 20 minutes, for an extra €25 each, which not to spoil the reviews but was well worth it. You’re shown through to get changed and up into the sauna where you sit with a group of other people on the same experience as

Massage and Hamam we’re amazing. Massage especially was brilliant. What let’s it down is the constant trying to get you to upgrade to longer and different massages. Weren’t offered drinks either

Die Örtlichkeiten waren nicht wie erwartet. Hinterhofs-Atmosphäre. Unsauber, beschmierte Wände, keine getrennte Anwendung für Männer und Frauen. Wir würden es aus diesen Gründen nicht weiterempfehlen. Letztes Jahr waren wir in Belek in eine Art Tempelanlage für den selben Preis. Hier lagen Welten dazwischen. Schade eigentlich.
