Traveler Reviews

What a great day of wine tasting in the Bellet region of the Cote d'Azure. Our guide, Erwan, was very knowledgeable about the area and the specifics of the wines in the region. If you're interested in small producers with great wines - this is the tour for you! We had our first Braquet wine - a grape native to the Bellet region - and really liked it. We also visited a winery that includes aging wine in glass amphora as part of their wine-making process! The tour also included lunch in the medieval village of Saint-Paul-de-Vence – a must-see destination when on the Côte d’Azur. A very unique and interesting day. Erwan went above and beyond by helping us arrange shipping back to the USA for wines that we purchased from the wineries. This was a wonderful service that he provided and we appreciate all his help. Highly recommend this tour and Erwan!

Peter is fantastic. Overall a really good time and we learned a ton about wine and the region. Highly recommend

Picked up from home 9H30 on the dot, we then set out to see 3 very different vineyards in the heart of Provence. our tourguide for the day was Peter .. who balanced perfectly sharing his knowledge with allowing us to just catch up as a group of friends. We are all residents in the South of France and have never discovered our own region like this. it's an experience that you must check off your bucket list. It felt beautifully indulgent to have our chauffeur driven transport so we could kick back and taste the delicious 15 wines on offer to us. No one had to worry about the return trip . We had a lovely lunch in the grounds of a Chateau (vegetarian catered for) and along each stop of the way we learnt new and different elements to the wine making process. A real advantage of using Azur Wines was that Peter knew what he'd already told us and then built on it. If we had gone independently we may have been rushed through the same information each time. My "coup de coeur" was seeing behi

What a wonderful way to spend a day in Provence! I took a private wine tour with 3 friends on a perfect late spring day and had such a fun time. Peter, our charming guide, was hugely knowledgeable both about wine and local history, very easy-going and clearly passionate about his job. The choice of 3 very different wineries was inspired and Peter's relationships with the domains meant we got a fabulous insiders' view which we couldn't have seen had we just turned up independently. France is only just beginning to open up again and I was impressed with the distancing and sanitary regulations which were upheld but didn't impact our enjoyment at any time. It was a perfect activity after months of lockdown and social restrictions. Hugely recommended for visitors and residents alike!
