0/5 for customer service. I booked 2 days in advance, received the “paid and confirmed” notification, then showed up to be told that I didn’t have a reservation. The man at the ticket booth literally laughed in my face before I showed him my ticket confirmation and he had to call his supervisor. I also called the listed customer service number, and they promptly hung up on me.

Super cooles Personal, eignet sich auch super vormittags für einen Junggesellenabschied, um gemeinsame Plätze zu haben sollte man aber (auch trotz Reservierung) frühzeitig kommen.

Si bien adoro navegar y siempre que me es posible trato de hacer un crucero para conocer otro aspecto de la ciudad que visito, no recomendaría el crucero sobre el río Salzach, ya que carece en general de vistas atractivas o que merezcan ser fotografiadas. Tal vez otras opciones como el crucero que llega hasta el castillo de Hollbrunn y que regresa en el bus turístico y que también están comprendidas en la Salzburg card interesantes.
