This is a super fun beach town with great surfing, lots of activity, and great restaurants and bars. It’s a short transfer from the hotel and worth the trip. We spent three hours there and could have spent a couple more hours looking around and shopping.

This is a small company and Enrique will almost always be your guide. Enrique is a wonderful, genuine guy. He’s the kind of person I would like to be. He’s passionate about nature, kindness and Pura Vida (Good Life). Once you meet him, you’ll have a friend for life. He’s also a great tour guide. He listens to your ideas then, together, you’ll plan out your tour. We actually booked a day with him before we went to Costa Rica and we enjoyed it so much we booked a second day. The tours were perfect for us. We swam under a beautiful waterfall; saw many animals and birds including sloths, monkeys, crocodiles, spoonbill cranes and frogs; and enjoyed delicious lunches of authentic Costa Rican food served in small family restaurants. These are small group tours. Ours were only my husband, Enrique and I. Well definitely contact him again when we go back to Costa Rica! If you want the best, you’ve got it with Enrique.

I came to Costa Rica for the first time to celebrate my 50th birthday with my best girlfriends and my sister. Enrique provided transportation from the airport to our Airbnb late at night the first night, and he was so friendly and accommodating, we decided to entrust him with all of our tour arrangements and plans while we were there. He manages to get you set up with private tours with your own group, which really makes each experience special. And he's a great photographer! Highly recommend the Palo Verde riverboat nature trip with authentic local Costa Rican lunch. We saw crocodiles and two kinds of monkeys up close! Enrique is a treat. We hope to see him again!

Enrique picked us up at the Liberia airport “on time” except our flight was early and he was right there! He drove us to our Airbnb 1-1/2 hours away and went back to pick up our friend whose flight was delayed! During the week he took us on several tours where he arranged private time for us outside of the large groups and was always awesome gracious and accommodating.
