This was my husband’s trip and I tagged along. I had planned to stay in the room of the B&B while he did the 2 days of tours. I decided to tag along the first day… wow. I loved the tour and went the next day too. Mike has so many stories to share and pictures. He took us to sights we would have never found on our own. He knew the “back stories”. It was such a joy to stay at his Bed and Breakfast and get to know him and Deborah. I highly recommend his tours. I had no interest of learning about D-day until I went on Mike’s tour. I now have a whole new appreciation for those young and old me who gave so much for us.

From start to finish, Mike was simply wonderful! We visited Normandy with our three boys ages 9, 11, and 14 to learn more about D-Day and World War II. Mike told stories that kept the children and the adults enthralled for over 6 hours. He patiently answered all questions -- and posed a bunch of his own. The tour was thoughtfully organized with stops at the beach, at German bunkers with original guns, and the American cemetery. The tour was solemn and inspiring. We would recommend Mike for people of all ages.

Mike, the owner/tour operator is excellent! He is so knowledgeable about WWII and the history of the area that he really made the story of what happened at the D Day beaches come alive. If not for him we would have been staring at an empty beach! We had our three kids with us on this trip and they said it was one of the best things we did during our entire trip. We would definitely recommend this tour!

Mike was amazing and provided an excellent tour. We took a group of Airmen from the UK down to Bayeux and Mike met us at the hotel and provided a private tour to many different sites. He provide in-depth detail about each location and it's significance to the war effort as well as some other little information about surrounding towns.

We did a half day tour which included Pointe du hoc, Omaha Beach and the American Cemetery. Mike picked us up from our accommodation in his spacious van. Mike has an extensive knowledge of WWII and especially Normandy and DDAY. Couldn’t ask for a nicer guy. If you’re looking for a tour guide Mike and Allied Victory Tours is your best bet. Highly recommend!
