Traveler Reviews

Beautiful Hike, Great Time, Excellent Experience. Matt was informative, educational and adventurous. Well Done.

Leah was great and very knowledgeable. It was a great time. Very easy outing to see amazing sights and learn a ton about the flora and fauna.

Loved the waterfall. Thanks for supplying the hiking poles. I didn’t see a bear but at least I saw bear scat. The tour guide was very knowledgeable.

Enjoyable time hikng around the falls. Matt is very informative and it's definitely an educational experience. No animal sightings unfortunately. Only four us solo travlers which was nice.

Booked this excursion as a way to get our feet wet (no pun intended) as we were getting into Anchorage very late/early the night before, but still wanted to do something on our first day in Alaska…..and boy did we do something!!!!! Matt picked up my wife and myself and we were his only clients for the day. We had a personal tour, and a very knowledgeable guide, who knew what could and could not be eaten. If Matt says you can eat a berry, trust him…they may not be totally ripe, but you will get tastes like you have never had before (who has ever had a watermelon berry??) And no matter how you get to Barbara Falls (the easy route or the challenging route), just make sure you go. The picture above doesn’t do it justice.
