Buenas tardes, Nuestra experiencia con la empresa GDL tours ha sido bastante mala. Te venden un tour con guía, cuando lo que te ponen es realmente un conductor que te lleva y te suelta a tu aire. No digo que él servicio como conductor sea malo, sino que no deberían cobrarlo como un tour con guía. Para complicar la experiencia aún mas, cuando nos hemos puesto en contacto a posteriori con dicha empresa para expresar nuestra opinión al respecto, se nos ha acusado de muy malas maneras de creernos superiores y tener unas expectativas demasiado altas. Entre otros palabros, lo que dejaban claramente entrever era un cierto resentimiento hacia los españoles. Personalmente no nos consideramos personas exquisitas ni prepotentes, pero sí acostumbradas a viajar bastante por el mundo, sabiendo diferenciar un guía de un conductor de tour. Llevamos 10 días más en Mexico recorriendo ciudades, y todo había sido aún mejor de lo esperado. Guías plenamente formados y centrados a contar con muchísima mot

They say "timing is everything" and on this overcast June day I was the ONLY person on this tour with my guide Hector, who started our relationship on a professional level but by the end, it was relaxed, conversational, a mutual exchange of information and more than I expected. Hector is a font of information not only about the "monologue" of the tour, but about history, culture, and transportation. Hector easily answered every question I asked and volunteered additional facts. It was not until the end of the tour that I told Hector I had been a tour guide in San Diego, CA and I could see that he really knew his business. I highly recommend Hector and the Guadalajara City Tour.
