The tour was amazing! Quiet because of covid…. But Jason was brilliant and was so much fun! Bought 2 bottles of their Gin and it tastes amazing ???? 5 out of 5 and more……! Defo go when your on the island! Xx

We took the tour on March 5, 2020. We had a great time learning about the rum and tasting all the products. The Governors Reserve Dark Rum & Seven Phathoms Rum is the best I've ever tasted in their classes. The staff was very welcoming & informative. We'll definitely visit again. CHEERS!

We stopped here as part of a small tour group. Everything started off great until we were invaded by a large tour group from the cruise ship. The noise level inside the tasting was rather loud but none the less once you start drinking the shots of rum who cares about the noise level. After we finished our shots we took a behind the scenes tour which was great. A lot of good information was provided.

What a blast we had at this distillery tour. Well, thanks to Jason, Moses, & the others of Cayman Spirits Co., they know how to enjoy what they do there and share it with you. Our tour started with tasting the distillery's products (5 rums, a vodka, and several liqueurs). Before we got very far, a bus of 39 German tourists stopped in for a tasting of their own. (Apparently, this happens a few times/day.) Well, between the great music they played, their great products, and the fun-loving staff, everyone just had a great time. I felt like I was at a big-time bash attended by connoisseurs of rum (and other spirits). THEN, we had the physical tour of the operation. LOL
