Very cold in backseat, requested heat 3 times nothing changed, never once ask if we were comfortable we were not, too cold to enjoy tour.

Since we were only ashore for a short time, we decided we'd need help finding our way around, Richard gave us the most interesting and in depth history of Victoria, while showing us all the beautiful city. Can't thank you enough!

What a fantastic experience this tour with Richard was. My wife and I and another couple had just finished a 7 day Alaskan cruise when our ship docked the last night. We had a few hours to kill before re-boarding, so we wound up in Richard's Bentley for a 2 hour sightseeing tour of Victoria .How could I have been so lucky to find someone who knew about my all time favorite history hero, General Charles "Chinese Gordon ".I was so impressed with him that I'm probably going back next year to take more tours with him.It was a fantastic ending to a wonderful vacation
