We are so glad we booked the tour! We really wanted to take the Road to Hana, but had reservations about making the journey on our own because the road can be dangerous. Doug was the perfect guide! He is friendly, courteous, and fun! He has a deep passion for the Maui people, culture, and history. He shared information about all of the sites we visited and took us to several places that we would have missed on our own. By going in reverse- we avoided long lines of cars and were able to see more of the mountain. We highly recommend this tour!

This tour is by far the best. You have a 1 on 1 interaction with your tour guide and everything on the tour is catered to you. Worth every single penny. Our tour guide Nani was the heart of our tour. Born and raised in Maui, every story and history she shared was authentic and rich. My fiancé and I were beyond grateful that Nani became our personal photographer without even asking. She knew all of the hidden gems and beautiful locations. Each place came with a story or history that only made the visit even more enjoyable. Hoaloha Jeeps Tours, give this girl a bonus!! Mahalo Nui Loa Nani for an amazing unforgettable experience!!! 10 stars !!!????????????????????

First time doing a private Jeep tour versus a group tour and we were so glad we did it! Being able to do stops at our own pace and customize parts of the tour was the best. It definitely costs more, but we felt it was worth it. Our tour guide was ScottyJo and he did a great job making it feel like we were the only people on the Road to Hana at times and we were able to get some great shots of the beautiful landscape because he knew the best spots. Have a tour guide familiar with the road and not having to drive yourself was huge!
