We rented seven E bikes to tour the Battlefields and it was a fantastic experience. I changed dates and timings for drop off and pick up but it was not a problem and the team of Francois, Justin, and Edourd, could not have done more for us. Renting these bikes turned out to be the best day of our 10 day trip across France. I was traveling with my niece and sister. Justin was so wonderful and easy to communicate with. He had the bikes waiting for us at our hotel in Bayeux. He also gave us tips on where to go and it felt like we had a friend in Bayeux, even though we never officially met! We took the bikes out one afternoon and rode from Bayeux to Arronmaches. My sister and I hadn't ridden bikes in years so this is definitely something you can do with any skill level. The bikes were comfortable and easy to operate. And the electric boost you can give yourself going up hills feels like cheating for sure! Once we got out of Bayeux there were designated bike paths most of the way and it was a pretty easy, straight shot. Highest recommendation for LocVelo! Great e-bike at reasonable prices with very friendly/helpful service (owner speaks excellent English). Rented an e-bike for 3 days to explore the D-Day beaches and had a great time. Store location within 10-15 minutes walk of Bayeux train station, although local drop-off/pick-up is available too. Go to LocVelo for your e-bike (or regular bike, but once you use an e-bike, it will spoil you for standard bikes...) rental--you won't regret it!

Best service! They provided absolutely everything I needed for me taking an electrical bike and go from Bayeux to Pointe du Hoc and then all WW2 sites near Omaha beach. The drop off the bike on time in the address that I needed. Once I visited all sites and it was about to get dark, I asked them if I they could pick me up near the Ovelord Museum as extra service, and they didnt hesitate to say yes, then they dropped me in Bayeux. Super cool service! The bike was super nice! Very comfy and you could feel the extra push when you activate the electrical engine.
