Horrible experience drove from Ajax and no one was there. Booked our package two weeks in advance for 3 bikes and 3 wine tastings. Hopefully we get our money back. Thank goodness Steve at Vino Velo up the street, helped us out sp our day wasn't a complete waste. This tour is a scam!!

AWFUL customer service!! I paid an additional cost of $28 for a "Bike Concierge Assisted Planning". First, I was told on my phone-call that these services do not typically apply for bike rentals, yet the initial email I had received outlined that the session would be geared towards planning a bike route. The "session" I received with Carrie was in no way a "planning session". I was given suggestions for wineries to attend and potential time-frames at each, but was still disappointed with the planning assistance that I was given. Many other wine tour planning companies offer to make the winery reservations for you, this one does not. It took a week for someone to get back to me with the details from our discussion, but I had been told I would receive the follow-up email within the next day or 2. After emailing back to confirm the winery reservations I had made, I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM AGAIN. I emailed 3 times and called upwards of 10 times, but no one ever picked up the phone. A

We had a self guided tour. It was 155$ for both. We get the invoice for this amount. But in fact we were charged 50$ extra. Calling the company, sending them emails but they don’t reply!!!

such an amazing experience for our anniversary, I would definitely book again for any other occasion.. each winery provided a lovely atmosphere with such beautiful scenery on the ride in between :)
