THIS WAS SO FUN!!! The host we met with was super kind and energetic, while knowledgeable and easily led the group. The hunt itself was so cool. We went all around Fort Laurerdale, learning about unique, local, hole-in-the-wall areas around town. This is something you have to do if you're in Fort Lauderdale.

I had a friend visit me here in Fort Lauderdale and they wanted to see the sites. I figured a scavenger hunt/exploration style would be best to see what kinds of things were offered in the area. They give you a list of challenges to complete and if you need any help you have a host that answers your questions! I live in the area and was able to find some cute places that I never thought of going to before. By the time we finished the adventure, we felt like we had known the host for years!

I think the title of this experience should have the word “virtual” in it. After getting the text message day of, it became clear that this is not an experience where the host is present. My partner and I arrived to the first checkpoint and no one was there. We later found out we were the only team to sign up for the slot. All in all, this experience wasn’t what I expected and I think the description needs to be extremely clear on the virtual remote host aspect. Also, that you may be the only team present. I would have loved the opportunity to pick another day where others have signed up or have the choice to be the only team. Do you want rivals or do you want a private experience? Also, texting the instructions was really difficult to follow. An email a.k.a something to print out would have been better.

We started the scavenger hunt in Fort Lauderdale with the intent of doing things the amazing race style (which can be done). However after our first two stops we were completely blown away by the hidden away gems and well thought out challenges. We decided the best way for us to enjoy the experience was to take our time and enjoy the surrounding area this scavenger hunt had provided for us. There was no shortage of unique things to see and I can’t say enough how much we enjoyed this curation of activities. Highly recommended whether you’re going the quick and competitive route or taking your time as we did.

Great way to learn about Fort Lauderdale. I live here but had a friend visiting and it was fun for both of us. This would be great for a group of friends, coworkers, or bachelorette party. The remote adventure coach, Katie, was great- helpful when needed!!
