Traveler Reviews

The trip started off on the wrong foot. The guide was 45 minutes late. There was confusion about the meeting location. The tour itself was nice and we did enjoy what we saw. Unfortunately, when someone asked the guide a question, he didn’t hear the person. We were seated right behind him, on the bus, and he didn’t hear my husband ask questions. Then when it was time to end the tour, the guide thought we were on an all day tour. We told him that the tour was 3 1/2 hours and he needed to take us back to the ship. After much discussion, he left most of the visitors off and told them he’d be back, and took four of us back to our ships. All in all, the Guide was not organized and there was a lot of confusion. I will have second thoughts about referring this excursion to anyone.
