Traveler Reviews

This was a great day! Carolyn and Murray picked us up at our hotel and drove us throughout Christchurch as they filled us in on the history of Christchurch, the Moaris, and many works of art. We asked many questions and they always had an answer. Rather than a canned tour, they were able to fit the trip to our individual interests, as well. Partway through the tour they pulled out hot coffee, tea, and homemade biscuits, (Carolyn is sending me the recipe for those delicious treats.) Carolyn and Murray are such fun and full of interesting information. We had many opportunities to get out of the combi. Much much better than a normal bus tour.

A lovely sunny Saturday and a great bunch of friends and we had a marvellous few hours with Caroline. The knowledge she has about Christchurch was good. Definitely a worthwhile trip in her kombi and the lunch she supplied was yummy.

Great tour! Caroline was very knowledgeable of the culture, city and art. Highly recommend this tour, great snacks and conversations. Kia Ora Caroline.

Together with friends from South Africa and all our children we were educated and entertained by the most fabulous Caroline and her Kombi! We learnt so much on our tour - the meaning behind aspects of the Art Centre redevelopment, the Maori influence in the rebuild of Christchurch, the beauty in art around the city and relevance of it. Among other things we also spent some time at the beautiful new library and visited the Memorial Wall. Caroline has an infectious personality and her warmth and friendliness makes this tour so enjoyable and a must for anyone wanting to learn more about Christchurch. I HIGHLY recommend!!
