Kristen was an absolute beast. We were 6 and we all had different orders. She was quick, efficient and even remembered our drink orders making it an easy breezy experience. Full box of crackers with our cheese order making it a 10/10 experience for us. Sparkling rosé all day.

This was my third time visiting PEC during the pandemic. I absolutely am In love. My first trip was a day trip and the next 2 trips were over night (one night). I’ll preface that I’m a white wine drinker but not a wine expert. I’m more into the experience than the wine. Each one of the wineries we visited had a different feel and food offering. Below is my itinerary for my latest trip.
