I booked the trip for last Sunday at short notice and would like to thank Crystal for her excellent customer service. The trip was conducted by Roy who was just superb, in both his knowledge and friendliness and also guiding us to some wonderful sights. I enjoyed the Ice wine testing, the drive round a beautiful snow-blanketed Niagara-on-the-Lake with stops whenever we saw a photo opportunity, the whirlpool rapids, and then on to Niagara Falls. I had taken my photography gear and so it was great to have over 2 hours free-time there to capture some nice images in the snow. The weather was exceptionally cold but the falls were beautiful. The tour was fantastic and I'd definitely book another trip next time I'm in Toronto. Many thanks to Roy for a wonderful day!

The morning of our tour, we received a phone call thru our hotel's operator that the tour company was calling. They proceeded to tell us that we were being picked up now and the driver was waiting for us. This was disturbing since they weren't scheduled to show up for another 90 minutes. Hence we rushed out with no breakfast and headed out for the 2-1/2 hour drive. Also when we questioned the earlier pickup, the coordinator/dispatcher proceeded to tell us that they left a voicemail & sent a text. When in fact all we found was an email that was sent at 8:45 pm the night before. Clearly we didn't check being on vacation. And if she truly sent a text & left a voicemail, then why did she call us that morning via our hotel's switchboard operator. Not a good thing lying to the customers.

Die Tour wurde in einem Luxus-SUV mit nur 5 Personen durchgeführt, der Fahrer war sehr kompetent und unterhaltsam. Dank der kleinen Gruppengrösse hat man sich sehr wohlgefühlt. Die fahrt mit dem Hornblower Schiff zu den Niagara Falls war wirklich eindrücklich. Fazit: Sehr empfehlenswert.

Great tour guide, really nice SUV but the back row is made for children with short legs... not adults. My legs were KILLING me after riding in the back for 2 hours and it was REALLY hard to get in and out of the van from the back. Originally 2 elderly people were in the back but they just had so much difficulty we swapped around. I'm only 32 and it was hard for me. But the boat ride at Niagara was amazing! The ice wine was tasty too and Niagara By the Lake was nice, but with only 1 hour we only had time for lunch and not shopping or exploring. We did not have much time at Niagara itself either, not enough free time to do the zipline or go up in the tower, just the boat and 30min to walk around and take pictures. I don't know how the tour could be reorganized to allow for more free time though. If all you want to do is the boat ride at the falls and get lunch and taste some wine then this is a great tour, if you want free time, then there is just not enough of it on this tour. But ov
