The trip was cancel by viator 1 week before the date and they still took the money 2 days before the trip and i still wait for the refund.. i wrote 2 email and still wait for an answer from them.

This was our first visit to Canada for our one year anniversary to see Niagara Falls and it was absolutely breathtaking. Besides a little cold and some wind it was definitely well worth it. Our tour guide was John Mckinnon who was actually born and raised in the area. He gave us plenty of information as we drove through and made our stops and answered any questions we had. He also mentioned which restaurants were the best to stop at and had tips on where to buy merchandise. Overall great experience and would recommend to anyone.

Was pleasantly surprised how good trip was. Saw what We would consider highlights of the Area. The bus driver \guide John McKinnon was born and raised in the town and you could tell he loves in. Nice tales of his childhood, ehis kids and the city, combined for some nice backdrops for what we were seeing. Can’t go wrong with this tour!

We were in Niagara Falls for two nights and had certain things we wanted to see and do during our only full day. Magnificant Tours was recommended by our hotel and we weren't disappoined.Not only did we go on the Hornblower trip to the falls, travel behind the falls and visit the Whirlpool Observation deck, the tour included the White Water Walk which we didn't expect but was a highlight of the tour.
Our guide/driver, Tony Hagan, was pleasant, polite, knowledgeable and very entertaining. Lot's of local knowledge and was able to provide answers to all questions. We were very glad he was our guide.
All in all the tour was certainly worth the price and is highly recommended.

Had a wonderful time with driver/guide Tony Hagan today. Lots of history and side notes as well as recommendations for dining and other sites we should visit. You could visit these sites on your own, but I feel you get a lot more for your money with an experienced guide such as Tony. The added advantage is no waiting in lines, traffic concerns or FOMO because you’re unfamiliar with the area. Highly recommend this company and especially Tony Hagan.
