This was a fantastic way to spend the day but it’s also a work out! As you’ll do lots of walking and hiking up and down Different variation of heights, just a warning as I thought I was was in decent shape but my quads told me otherwise!!! Your guides will never leave you behind they’ll always wait for you there is no rush so take your time if you need to rest then rest. Zip lining was fantastic again they told us what exactly what to do they were with us the whole way never felt uncomfortable or scared it was just a lot of fun. We rode the horses for about a half an hour we did see a few animals along the way kind of cool lots of beautiful butterflies. After the horseback ride your hike for a good 10-15 minutes until you reach the waterfall and that is one heck of a hike so take your time and have good shoes on when you’re hiking don’t wear flip-flops! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The hot springs are therapeutic and the grounds are breathtakingly beautiful. I’ve never seen so many butterflies in my life. Birds of paradise are my favorite flower and you can see them in full bloom everywhere. We even saw a toucan and two different types of monkeys. This was truly paradise.

We loved that this wasn't a large tour, about 12 people. Our guide was really friendly and thankfully everyone on our bus was nice too. The zip-lining was amazing. Loved all of the lines we went on and the different ways to zip that they showed us.The slide was insane but still fun - fast and twisty. The hot spring was the perfect ending to this tour. We got a bonus of monkeys in the trees as we were relaxing in the spring. Overall, everything was great. I would definitely recommend this to everyone.
