A very enjoyable experience and it was so amazing to see the whales. The crew was awesome, caring, available and very knowledgeable which added much to the experience. The online process was seamless and the way to go. The catamaran was a very smooth ride and worth the money.

We actually did two days. They weather hampered us on the first day and we could not find any whales. So we took advantage of the guarantee and went out a 2nd day when the weather improved. Big reward as we found 4 pods of the Killer Whales. We did one day on the zodiac and other on the large boat. Both were fantastic experiences.

Such a fantastic experience that my family loved! The crew was great, the boat was large allowing us to feel very secure. We appreciated the hot chocolate to warm up and the covered seating when needed. We saw two separate families of killer whales as well as a family of humpback whales and a massive community of sea lions. Such a great day on the water with the family and an experience we will not forgot. Additionally, they provide a free photo service where they take photos with proper equipment and email us the link. Such a fabulous value add to the overall experience!

Admittedly we were extremely lucky - both with the weather and with the wildlife we were able to see.
All crew members were a delight - made us feel very safe and took time to talk to us individually. They passed on their considerable wildlife knowledge with enthusiasm.
The boat was very clean and the refreshments were excellent.
Not having to take our own photos meant that we could relax and enjoy the experience. We received the link to all the photos taken by the crew during the trip as soon as we stepped back ashore. They were excellent and easy to select and download.
It was the highlight of our trip to Vancouver Island - worth every cent!

Wonderful day out on the water, 29/10/2021. Saw 4 Orcas and some Humpbacks .
